Microsoft Windows 8

Microsoft Windows 8 or known as Windows 8 is a version of Operating system develop by Microsoft to be used in personal computers, laptops, tablets and Windows Phone. This version of windows has been in the society topics before its predecessor Microsoft Windows 7 was released.

Although the system was created to be more efficient with touch-screen compatible and more enhanced in security, this version of Windows is widely criticized due to its difficulty to learn especially when it uses the keyboard and mouse instead of touch-screen.

Changes that have been done in this version is 

1. Windows Store

2. Touch-screen design start menu, shut-down, login.

3. Improved Security

4. Removal of Aero

5. New Browser, calendar, messaging, etc. (can be found on start menu)

This version of Windows can work on Intel Atom based laptop.
