• Start by cleaning your nails using a nail brush and a mild soap.

• Dry them thoroughly and apply a light hand cream

• Wait until the hand cream has soaked in and then using a nail file. file your nails down to one length even if they are really short.

• Now rinse your hands to get rid of any dust from filing.

• Now you're ready to paint. You can start with a base coat to stop staining or start with applying two coats of paint in any color and then add a clear top coat, when dry.

• Every week take off the nail polish and apply cuticle cream/oil and file nails neatly.

• Eventually they will reach the length you desire!
